It depends on where you will place the house. First of all, each country or governmental actor may have regulations regarding the foundation of a house. 

Get in touch with us and check the rules of your region to see whether your house requires a foundation. In most cases a foundation for a Bloccobuild house is not needed. A more individual answer will always be given once we are in the consultation process and we have an overview of where and how you will place your house.

Yes, we sell in the United States and in Europe. Unfortunately, we do not sell in other parts of the world yet.
